May not have been the wisest decision

I decided to go out to dinner tonight, but I was in the mood for something different. So after weighing my options and in the Mystic Area, the tourist mecca that it is, there is no lack of options. After a bit of deliberation I hopped on Jenny and left Mystic. I headed to Groton, where off 184 is the Mirch Masala Cuisine of India.  After looking over the menu I decided on Meat on the bone Goat with Curry, the waiter asked me how I wanted it and I asked "How would it come in India?" He smiled. I also ordered Paneer Kulcha which is a Naan bread with cheese and coriander, and for drinks I had a shot of Mister Daniels and a bottle of Kingfisher beer.

Meat on the bone Goat Curry is sort of like a stew, with potatoes carrots and gravy, the goat has a soft and squishy texture. The rather large red thing in bowl in the photo that looks sort of like a red string bean is a pepper, there are a few of them in there. All in all it tastes really good, and how they eat it in India is, well...my forehead was sweating, my nose running, and I think I lost half my taste buds, in a word, Damnation-hellbound-flamespitting-assburning-hot. yeah, that would be the word. Now as I said, having this for dinner may not have been the best decision I ever made, tomorrow is the Gift Run and having this percolate over night might make for a long if not exciting day tomorrow.
