2014 Harley design changes

The new fairing duct brings air in behind the windshield and up, helping to create "lift". The air exits in the flat area on the dash area behind the windshield. There is a push button flap button which closes the duct, but looking at it me me wonder if rain will be an issue since the flap doesn't actually seal the duct.

The 103 air cleaner is more of a big breather design
