Saturday Cruise

A few of the crew are heading to O.C.C. on Saturday, they are getting up early meeting about 7am (or 7:30 can't remember). They are cruising across the to Newburgh, New York for the trip.

I was going, mainly for the ride but I have no real interest in OCC, as a mater of fact I think the show sucks and the people at OCC are goobers.

So... I may just do a Hell Bent for Leather ride, but it all depends on the contractors.

Because of Insurance (home owners) I have to replace the front concrete steps and the kitchen floor. Yesterday after work Doug Young (elder) and Sandwich came over the house and we removed (with the help of Doug's Contractor friends) the handicap ramp and set it aside. If all goes to plan they will rip the old concrete out Wednesday, put in the forms and set it up on Thursday and Friday do the pour. It will be great to get that out of the way, with the deadline from the Insurance company for the 16th I have been sweating getting everything done. The hold up on Saturday's ride will come from the other repair, the floor. The Mazzella Tile Company is coming in Friday to do the floor, they should have it done in one day, but...if it gets close they may have to come back Saturday and do any left over finish work. If that happens, no ride.

So..we'll see.
