Riding positions...

No not this type

  not even this type...

We are talking about leaning, leaning is important, leaning incorrectly can be messy.

Always lean into a turn and look where you want the bike to go, the bike will go there. Looking where you don't want to go will make the bike go there also. Always look where you want the bike to end up.

Never apply your brakes in a corner, putting the brakes on causes the bike to stand up, this means you are no longer turning, you are going straight.
If you find you are too fast into a corner and need to tighten the turn, Lean More.

Of course every bike has a point where leaning more isn't possible

At these times the only thing you can do is come off the gas to slow the impact.

Always make sure you know what the road does next before you decide to crank your throttle open through the turns, crossing over the centerline is not usually a desired effect. You may luck out, but there is a very good chance you may also meet something coming the other way.

Doing things wrong can make a great ride into an bad one...
Being airborne will often add a modicum of excitment
