I was thinking about picking up a boat..

Just something so that in the Summer I can jump on it and head out fishing, or maybe do a little swimming. I don't want anything too small though, I do want a boat that, if I decide to go to the Cape or the islands I can, yet at the same time I don't want to be trying to dock the U.S.S. Enterprise. The boat would have to be maneuverable yet functional. Something where if I do decide to fish I am not stuck casting off one small restricted area. 

After a bit of Online surfing I have narrowed it down to two boats...

it will most likely be the first one, it has plenty of area to fish and swim off of.

This one has room to fish off also, but the 10 minute hang time between the time the fish clears the water and enters the boat seems...excessive.
