On the way to work, I bought ground Beef, onions, peppers, pickles, cheese and rolls.
At 10:30am I fired up the grille, set it at the lowest setting, placed the burgers on the grate away from the burners.
A few minutes later the burgers were done
very done
over done.
I have never seen a grill get so hot that the liquid melts out of the thermostat on the hood, the hood makes popping sounds as it warps, and the rubber stoppers burn off the front of the unit.
For lunch I had French Toast and bacon in Mystic.
