Here's how I make them...
Add your rice, onions, and spices with the meat and brown in a skillet.
When all browned up nice, toss the damned bell peppers in the trash, Throw on some salt, some black pepper, put some white rice on a plate, pour the meat and grease over the top and stir.
Grab a spoon, maybe some French or Italian bread and start shoveling it in.
Don't need any tomato sauce either.
Mmmmm, Stuffed pepper meat, rice and grease...ain't much finer.
My secret to white rice, boil it, strain it, dump it in a bowl, drown it in butter, add a dash of salt and enough black pepper so it's hard to see the rice, stir and eat.
