A Day in the Sun

The season, by the Calendar, is over today. Labor day has arrived and it marks the official end of Summer, the Tourist towns are empty, and the locals cautiously step out to reclaim their streets.

Call it Global warming, call it climate shift, I like to think of it as season shift. It's as if someone reached out, grabbed the seasonal disc and rotated it clockwise. Winter stretched into April, even May was ify. Spring lasted all Summer with no real hot days except a few isolated incidents. Summer, Well Summer seems to have arrived about three days ago, just short of September. Hot Humid weather, Thunderstorms and sunburns.

This is fine with me, if it continues, it will be fantastic. My arm and leg have been issues most of the year, today, I jumped on Jenny and rode....

No pain.
