What a great winter...

i followed my progress online and I have discovered the following...

So far this year...this year Sucks.

let's see, (for a number of years now)

The herniated discs effect the:

Because the nerve causes pain and muscle cramps, including the ones that wake you up in the middle of the night, it effects the way you walk, causing the tendons in the left ankle to become sprained. This stiffens up the joint and then cause the joint to not flex. because there is no flex the tendons can tear causing a failure of the Achilles tendon to be able to lift the body weight. Essentially making the other leg do all the toe lifting and flexing under weight.

Now because the left foot does not work correctly, the right leg is forced to do the work of both, this puts excess stress on the left leg joints, to the point where the tendons in the knee tear or break.

This causes extreme pain in the knee and an instability, which requires the already damaged other leg to accept some stress back. This causes pain in both legs and because it alters the way you walk, it puts abnormal side motion or exertion on the back. this in turn effects the herniated discs causing lower back pain and pressure:

At this point it becomes cyclic.
