I really need a second source of income

So I've done some research and all I need to do is figure out how to get my hands on n-methyl-1-phenyl-propan-2-amine, How to reduce the ephedrine from nasal spray, get a little white phosphorous, a little Sodium Hydroxide and make some cash. 

Now, can I get insurance for a Lab like that and what would be the extent of the coverage be? Room, Garage, House...Neighborhood?

Also, If you survive it, can you use the "What?, Who? Not Me" Defense.

I don't know, The money maybe good, but who would want a job where retirement is instant?
