I Spent my Mothers Day with the Girls

Not being a mother myself, even though the waitress at the diner did refer to me as a Mother F@$%er this morning, I spent the day relaxing with the girls.

I should have been working on the house but the upstairs was a little toasty today, so I grabbed a coffee sat down and watched the Formula One Grand Prix race in Spain. With that done and what started as a crappy damp day actually getting sunny and warm I took Jenny out. I wasn't many miles compared with most rides, it was just easy speeds enjoying the warmth of the day. New London, Mystic, North Stonington, and Ledyard.

Later on, at home I was sitting in the living room when that nice light cool breeze blew in the window, Realizing I was missing nice cool evening riding I backed Charlene out. We cruised through Mystic, Stonington, Westerly, Dunns Corners, Bradford, Clarkes Falls, Voluntown, Preston, Norwich, Ledyard and home. Not far, not fast, just a pleasant constant cruise. peep frogs and soft air.
