Deciding I should be eating smarter has lead me to eating the more...bland foods, like chicken, to me chicken is one of those foods that sound wonderful but tastes...well... like...chewy nothing.
Chicken would probably taste really good if it had fat, like cow.
This morning with thinner in mind, breakfast is grilled chicken and shrimp. I don't want to hear about how much cholesterol shrimp has, I have taken care of that. To counter the Cholesterol in the shrimp both meats are mixed in with Fettuccine Alfredo. Garlic, butter, and cheese...that's healthy right?
