Under the new Law if you do not already have a State Permit to carry handguns or have not yet acquired the newly required "Long Gun Eligibility Certificate" then you are required to obtain a "Ammunition Certificate" in order to purchase ammunition or clips.
The new Ammo certificate will require a criminal Background investigation and carry's a fee of $35.00.
