Frank E Baker LTD was based in Northfield Birmingham, England, founded in 1927 the company built bikes under that name for 4 years.
Frank Bakers company was originally called the Precision Company supplying engines to be paired with Sun Motorcycle frames. Production was stopped during WW1 but afterwards (in 1919) the company merged with the William Beardmore and Company of Scotland forming the Beardmore Precision Motorcycle.

In 1924 Beardmore ceased production, in 1927
Frank Baker regained the rights and began
building motorcycles using Villiers engines.
In 1930 the Company was sold to James Motorcycles.
