I rode in behind RI Environmental Police this morning

I'm not sure what he was doing in Connecticut, I'm not sure what he does in his own state. I don't think we have them in Connecticut.

So what is their responsibility? 

Probably not as all encompassing as Homeland Security

And what is with that name? Environmental Police?

I would think....

"Protecting our Feathered and Furry Friends from Others and Themselves"

We could call them
PFot trucks

"Hey, Look out !!!! You have a Pfot Cop behind ya!
