Drippings !!! leave the butter to the french...

Cook in it, spread it on toast,there isn't much that a bit of grease can't make better.

In England it's called drippings.

It's sort of amusing, you say pork fat or beef fat as a spread and people say "Yuch"

yet they use both, sometimes mixed together in europe. 

Over here our sensetivity tells us, oh no, bad for you, as they spread a fat taken from Cow milk and cook with it, spread it on bread, or pour it over pop corn.

I've had people at breakfast tell me they can hear my arteries clogging because I'm having bacon, as they butter their bread and load the crap up on their pancakes before pouring sugar slime from a tree over it.
