WTF Harley?

In my youth, we used to take a bike out, beat the crap out of it, cut frames, wail on them with a hammer and you couldn't hurt the things. The structural integrity was beyond impressive.

Today, a person takes a brand new ElectraGlide out for a ride, it falls over and the frame is done for. The triple tree is bent, the frame is bent, there is a casting tab on the stalk that can bend. IE, you are now the proud owner of a total - totaled piece of junk.

Are they importing the frame metal from China now?
