CAN YOU CHARGE IN SERIES?

Last Winter I installed a battery charge lead on the Limited so I could hook up a trickle charger, The other day, you know the one, the one when Doug...Well...you know, anyway I was walking around the bike and on the opposite side of the bike I found the dealer installed lead. So, can I go down to one charger, plug in the Limited then plug the Dyna into the Limited?

I know I can't, but, it would open up an outlet for a space heater.
