Summer is on the way,

This last weekend was nice and warm, a few of my friends got some color, Burnt red is a color.

With warm weather on the way, it is time to start thinking about picnics and parties. Time to get all those friends to get on their scooters and head to your house to devour large quantities of meats.

Just to be different, here's a few ideas on what you can make...
 Cold cut platters are usually a hit,allows your freeloading friends to make the sandwich they want...


You will need to pick up some prosciutto for the skull  


A little meatloaf, while this is not what is usually served at picnics, if done correctly it can create a good compliment to your cold cut platter, serve it cold and it can be sliced for sandwiches.

but lets face it. Picnics mean grille time, but don't toss that prosciutto head out yet, or make a second one. because grilling means ribs, and what goes better with ribs than a skull...

but wait.... Sausages, bratwurst, hamburgers, and a big ol' red Bell pepper....

Chicken breasts make great lungs, just leave the skin on em.
It adds something to the buffet line.
