I forgot to mention this....

I'm on my tenth day of freedom. 
No pills, no patches, no help...Just quit.
Two reasons, first, the house that I just remodeled, repainted, re furnished, smells like Cigarette Hell. Yag, it's disgusting. Secondly, I'm tired of spending $110. per week for smokes.
That's $5720.00 a year if you're slow at math.
