 Rather a large building for such small concerns.  Before they closed the doors, and before they moved to the old factory building on Mason's Island Rd, ABC Film was based in this building. Before that, when I was a kid is was the Packer Tar Building, Home of "Packer's Tar Soap".

Pine Tar soap scrubs everything off your hands and it has a great smell to it. The Company left Mystic years ago but is still in business.
