I wasn't sure if I was riding up to Middletown of driving, It wasn't raining so I took Charlene. As I hit route 184 the sky to the west of New London was black and threatening, so I decided to take the straight highway route up to the Connecticut Department of Public Safety, the line for renewing was long...

Not as long as in the photo, only about 45 minutes (that would be three people ahead of me).

Done there I went off on a ride, down 154 to Essex, then Ivoryton, Westbrook, Old Saybrook. I just picked up random back roads, when I got to the end of a road I just picked the next road I didn't know. You know sooner or later you will get somewhere that you know. The weather was great all day, until after I got home, then the heavens opened.
