Supper correction

Never got to the Lobster pie, I was so hungry I decided it wouldn't make it to the oven, so Lazy Man's Lobster was dinner.

No Bake waiting required, just the lobster, garlic butter, cream, and sherry, but I had no sherry, but a splash of Duwars did the trick of de-glazing.
