Supper tonight
I am going to melt garlic herb butter (1 tablespoon) in a cast iron frying pan tonight, I will then add 2 lbs of lobster to the pan and saute it (3 to 5 minutes), throw in a splash of sherry, scrape the bottom of the pan (wooden spoon) to grab all the good sticky bits. To that I will dump in a half cup of heavy cream stir and heat until it starts to boil. the remove it from the stove and pour it into a casserole dish.
Then I will mix breadcrumbs, Ritz crackers, a little chopped parsley, with melted butter (1 stick or so) and cover the lobster with it.
Pop it in the oven for 15 minutes at 350, then take it out and let it cool a bit before devouring.
Now, I know I need a little toast with this, but what to have with it. Some people use linguine or spaghetti and I may also, but some sort of vegetable should keep it company....
But which?
