One of my guys was telling me today that he spent the other day playing with his son. For some reason it reminded me of another employee, one I worked with about 21 years ago. let's call him Don, I don't think he'll mind, everyone calls him Don, it's his name...Anyway...
Don told me one day, "I spent the entire day yesterday playing with Tonka Trucks in a dirt bank with my son, It was great. I forgot how much fun pushing toy trucks and construction equipment around in the dirt was. Having a kid is great because you can do those sorts of things and no one says anything, the problem is, he isn't going to stay a kid forever, What I need is a good impact to my head, that way I can play in the dirt with toys all day and if any says anything they will tell them, "It's OK, that's Don, he's a little different"."
