There are very many covers produced today to protect motorcycles, they can be purchased waterproof or if the unit is parked inside, non-waterproof. They are easy to find on line and in local outlets.
Through the series of tests we ran today we have determined that waterproof is the more sensible way to go because it allows protection no matter what comes up.
Everyone of the waterproof covers offered excellent protection against the rain, but the one drawback we found was visibility, after being tried by a number of our test people it was discovered that with the cover on, not one of our testers could see a damned thing to steer the bike. This seems to be a design flaw with all the covers.
The heat protection panel at the bottom is a must, but to make the cover functional we suggest cutting a hole in the front and adding a clear panel in which to look through. this makes running with the cover much easier.
