There SHOULD be a Website.

There are tons of websites and businesses out there where you can sign up to get hooked up in a relationship. But I believe what would really be helpful would be an entire different type of website.

After reading a couple blog posts, and talking with people I meet, I have found that there are a lot of people tripping over the same issues with relationships. The funny thing is there only seems to be two categories of person that are an issue. It doesn't matter whether the person is male or female, the categories apply.

You have category one (1) the person who feeds on others, you know the type, they hook onto someone and take and take and take. They are the ones looking for a free ride. They will stay with anyone if it means they have a roof over their heads, something to eat and get free toys. It comes down to what we call a leach, a blood sucking parasite, the creature that bleeds a host dry then moves on.

Category two is the Wake type, not wake as in death, but wake as in the destructive force left behind by a boat. These are the people who fall in love, have children, create a family, then get divorced and move on to the next poor soul. Don't get me wrong, a lot of people get divorced for good reasons, find someone new and it works. Those are not the people I am talking about. I am talking about the trail forgers, the kind that leave a trail of ex's behind them. Sometimes even the last victim never becomes aware of how many there have been before them. These are the types who blame everyone else when it doesn't work out but never place any blame on themselves. Believe me, when there are three of four ex's in the wake....it isn't the ex's at fault.

So...That clarified, what the world needs is a website. One that a person fed on or left behind  can leave a little information at. Nothing derogatory, just lets say, the Wake or Leeche's name, the dates of involvement and the reason for the split.

Now the next poor slob can go on line, type in a name, and get a running history. If you see one past involvement you could say it looks pretty safe, if you see multiple victims and a debris trail the size of Titanics...You might want to look elsewhere.

You know something, this would work with non marital issues also, a family member could put something in about a trust factor of a brother, sister, cousin, niece or nephew. Anything that would warn someone down the line of a freeloader or a heartbreaker.
