Bikes are healthier

I have been thinking lately, about, just how much exercise I get.

I wake up on Weekdays, do the morning necessities, perhaps walk down to the basement to do some laundry. I get in my car, or on the bike and I head off to work, where, I spend the next 8 1/2 to 9 hours sitting at my desk or standing around. Then back in the car or on the bike and home.

On weekends, if the weathers nice, I am on my bike. My bike is actually stopping me from doing the things I need to. With the amount of nice days we have had at an all time low, I pretty much get on and stay on the bike as much as possible when there's a hint of sunshine. How much exercise is there in sitting on a motorcycle...

So I was thinking about it last night, getting a bicycle. I used to have a mountain bike and it was fun. A bicycle allows you to be outside, getting plenty of sun and getting exercise at the same time.

I used to ride with members of a fire department, but most of them have married of moved away or both. Needing someone to ride with I went to the local (Mystic) sports dealer and asked around.

Turns out there is a large group to ride with...

Always make sure you have protective gear o in case you fall off...
