A ponderable

I had a thought, it happens occasionally, A Cooper was a maker of Barrels and casks, (before the machine took everyone's jobs away).

So, which is it?

A Short Barrel maker?

Or a maker of Small Barrels?

Of Course being a barrel maker, perhaps it should be, the Mini Clubman, or Morris Mini Minor?
