Hagar's Road report

Hagar led the Club with a total of six bikes and seven people, my guess is one bike had an extra person on board, but that's just my guess.  they spent a couple hours cruising back roads in through the Connecticut Countryside. Somewhere along route 14 Hagar saw a Bald Eagle overhead, he pointed at it, the riders immediately went into single file formation, no one saw the eagle.

After the ride they ended up on route 12 in Groton at the Bayou Smokehouse (formerly Russell's Ribs). Alligator Gumbo was enjoyed by "most of them". This statement leads me to believe either someone didn't enjoy it, or....Dead lizard didn't sound appealing to everyone and someone avoided it like you would a live lizard. (For those who need to know, that dish, Alligator Gumbo is made using a member of the Crocodilian in the genus Alligator in the family Alligatoridae. The word Alligator is believed to be Anglicized (Englishing) version of the Spanish term El Lagarto meaning The Lizard)

In case you wanted to know.

Anyway, everyone enjoyed the weather, the ride, the food, and the company.

There were no gators on motorcycles....

There were no motorcycle dressed as gators...

And Thankfully there were no Gator Motorcycles....Things
